ORDINANCE NO. 2021-15

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CORBIN, KENTUCKY, NAMING A CITY ROAD AND ASSOCIATED RIGHT OF WAY, RECENTLY ACQUIRED FROM THE KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET, AS COMMONWEALTH SPUR.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF CORBIN, KENTUCKY, as follows:

SECTION 1: Pursuant to City of Corbin, Kentucky Resolution No. 2021-6, the City of Corbin, Kentucky accepted a certain road and associated right of way into the City of Corbin, Kentucky road system from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, which is hereby named Commonwealth Spur and which is described as follows:

Starting at North Commonwealth Avenue and extending in a northerly direction to US 25E approximately 0.069 miles, and continuing across US 25E to connect to the existing KY 1629 approximately 0.071 miles.

SECTION 2: Any Ordinances or portions thereof in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect upon due passage and legal advertisement.
