For “Mowing and Maintenance of the Williamsburg Floodwall and Levee from North Third Street to South Second Street and includes the entire area around the Merry Jeffries Community Center. Maintenance includes adhering to the Core of Engineer and FEMA Guidelines.
All proposals must show proof of sufficient liability insurance and furnish their own equipment. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and negotiate with bidders.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The Whitley County Health Department, Williamsburg Kentucky, will retain a qualified architectural firm to provide architectural design and other related services for a proposed new health department facility. The Health Department will accept Statement of Qualifications from architectural firms interested in providing the services on this project, until Friday, May 2l, 20l0 at 4:30 p.m., EST. Proposals should be sealed and marked on the outside of the envelop “NEW HEALTH DEPARTMENT FACILITY.” At least five (5) copies of the Statement of Qualifications should be submitted. An RFQ packet containing information about the project and criteria, which will be used to select the architectural firm, may be obtained by contacting Gail Timperio, 114 North Second Street, Williamsburg, Kentucky 40769, or by calling (606) 549-3380 or fax 606-549-3362. The “Statement of Qualifications” will be considered by a selection committee appointed by the Board of Directors of the Whitley County Health Department. The Health Department is not responsible for any cost incurred by the firm(s) replying to this request.

Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. proposes a new Pipe Replacement Program tariff. Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. also proposes a change to the Gas Cost Recovery tariff that provides recovery of Uncollectible Gas Costs through the GCR mechanism. The foregoing rates reflect an annual proposed increase in revenues of approximately 11.54% to Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. The motion shall be submitted to the Public Service Commission, 211 Sower Boulevard, P. O. Box 615, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601, and shall set forth the grounds for the request, including the status and interest of the party. Intervention may be granted beyond the thirty (30) day period for good cause shown.
