Pursuant to a Judgment and Order of Sale entered by the Whitley Circuit Court on January 04, 2010, I shall offer for sale at the Courthouse door in Williamsburg, Kentucky, at public auction on Monday, February 8, 2010, at 12:00 p.m., or thereabout, the real property described in this Notice.
The judgment against the defendants, Rondall Wayne Allen, Debra Allen, United States of America Capital One Bank (USA), N.A. Unknown Defendant, spouse of Karon Clark on January 16, 1998, plus costs, are as follows:
(1) The principal sum in the amount of $55,793.14, plus interest form 12/01/08 in the amount of $3,342.20, plus advancements for the protection of the property, including taxes and insurance (negative escrow) in the amount of $739.93, plus late charges in the amount of $146.77, plus attorney fees (KRS 411.195) in the amount of $1,100.00 for a total in the amount of $61,122.04.

NOTICE OF COMMISSIONER’S SALE
Pursuant to a Judgment and Order of Sale entered by the Whitley Circuit Court on November 9, 2009, I shall offer for sale at the Courthouse door in Williamsburg, Kentucky, at public auction on Monday, February 15, 2010, at 12:00 p.m., or thereabout, the real property described in this Notice.
The judgment against the defendant, Melissa A. Helton , plus costs, are as follows:
(1) The sum in the amount of $49,527.64 plus interest on the principal balance of $47,798.64 at the contract rate of 6.325% per annum from February 18, 2009 until paid, together with the plaintiff’s costs herein expended including attorney fees in an amount to be determined by the Court in further proceedings herein.
(2) The sum in the amount of $10,195.42 plus interest on the principal balance of $9,722.29 at the contract rate of 12.25% per annum from February 18, 2009 until paid.
