Pursuant to a Judgment and Order of Sale entered by the Whitley Circuit Court on December 7, 2009, I shall offer for sale at the Courthouse door in Williamsburg, Kentucky, at public auction on Monday, February 8, 2010, at 12:00 p.m., or thereabout, the real property described in this Notice.
The judgment against the defendants, Barbara Williams, Unknown Defendants, Heirs and Spouses of Heirs at Law to the Estate of Lawrence Williams, plus costs, are as follows:

This is the same document referenced as “Exhibit A” in that certain real estate mortgage dated September 30, 1997 and executed by Lawrence Williams, an unmarried adult individual, as mortgagor, in favor of Tri-County Mortgage Company, Inc., as mortgagee. The real property identified below is the same property intended to be encumbered by said mortgage and referenced therein as being described in “Exhibit A annexed hereto”.

Pursuant to Application 918-0415, Transfer
In accordance with 405 KAR 8:010, notice is hereby given that D & H Coal Company of Laurel County, Inc., P. O. Box 932, London, Kentucky 40741, intends to transfer permit number 918-0370 to D & H Coal Company of Laurel County, Inc., P. O. Box 1016, Williamsburg, Kentucky 40769. The new permit number will be 918-0415. The operation disturbs 58.4 surface acres and underlies 7.6 acres. No new acreage is affected by the transfer.
The operation is located 1.0 mile west of the community of Faber in Whitley County. The operation is approximately 3.0 miles southwest from the junction of Ky. Rt 26 and Ky. Rt 6 and located 0.3 miles west of Watts Creek. The operation is located on the Wofford and Vox U.S.G.S. 7 ½ minute quadrangle maps at latitude 36° 52’ 35” and longitude 84° 08’ 33”.
