Kenneth Ray Pittman

Kenneth Ray Pittman, 69 of White Oak, TN passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge, TN. He was born November 18, 1949 in Bonny Blue, VA.

Ray is preceded in death by his father, Johnnie Pittman; mother, Rose Ella Thomas Pittman; brothers, James Paul Pittman, Bradford Mark Pittman, Jimmy Lee “Bo” Pittman; sisters, Mary Elizabeth Byrd, Joyce Ann Huddleston.

He is survived by his wife of forty-nine and half years, Thelma Hatfield Pittman; son, Ray Pittman and wife Amanda; daughter, Donna Smith and husband Travis; two granddaughters, Kimberly Marlow & husband Keith, Melissa Nicole “Nikki”; two great grandsons, Gavin and Brayden Marlow; brothers: Johnny “Doddle” Pittman, Jr., Dennis “Cotton” Pittman, Jerry “Chubby” Pittmanm Charles “Charley”Pittman; sister, Virginia “Sissy” Adkins; and a host of family and friends to mourn the passing of a great son, brother, husband, dad and “papaw Ray”.

Graveside service was held Friday, December 14, in the Clairfield Cemetery  with Rev. Terry King and Brother Mitchell Cobb officiating.

Burial was in the Clairfield Cemetery.

Harp Funeral Home of Jellico was in charge of arrangements.
