Kathy Diane Brewer

Kathy Diane Brewer, 65, of Corbin, departed this life on Saturday, December 30, 2017, at the Continue Care Hospital of Corbin.

The daughter of the late Charles Durham Jr. and Velma Cornelius – Durham, who survives, Kathy was born April 1, 1952, in Hazel Green, KY.

Kathy was an office assistant for State Farm Insurance for several years, of the Baptist faith, a member of the Poplar Grove Baptist Church.

Besides her father, she is preceded in death by one brother: Steven Durham.

Kathy is survived by her beloved husband: Jimmy Brewer, one daughter: April Wetherill and husband Chad. brother-in-law: Bobby Hart and wife Brilla: sister-in-law: June Brewer and two grandchildren: Abby and Caleb Wetherill all of Corbin.

Kathy also leaves behind a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 2 at O’Neil – Lawson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton officiating.

Graveside services will follow on Wednesday morning, January 3, at 10 a.m. in the Locust Grove Cemetery in Keavy.
