Judy Ann Powers

Judy Ann Powers, 44, of Briar Creek, Williamsburg, departed this life on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.

She was born on December 5, 1972 in Jellico, TN to Terry Claxton Sr. and Shirley Rhinehart and was preceded in death by two brothers, Brian Claxton and Robert Claxton.

She is survived by five children, Tessa Bearden and husband Jeremy of Newcomb. TN, Tara Powers of Jellico, TN, Toneekia Powers of Williamsburg, Kianna Martin of Oak Ridge, TN and Bosley Martin of Oak Ridge, TN; grandchild, Dalton Hill of Newcomb, TN; spouse, Daryl Martin of Oak Ridge, TN; mother and stepfather, Shirley and Donald Coston; father and stepmother, Terry Sr. and Gail Claxton; two brothers, Terry Claxton Jr. and wife Michelle and Christopher Claxton; sister, Kendra Claxto, all of Williamsburg; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.

Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour on Thursday, August 31, at Croley Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, August 31, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Decker officiating.

She will be laid to rest in the Claxton Cemetery on Browns Creek.
