Joseph Grady Burnett

Joseph Grady Burnett, age 74, of Corbin, Kentucky departed this life on Friday, March 11, 2022. He was born on November 16, 1947 in Augusta, Georgia to the late Milton Burnett and the late Lilly Belle Wynn. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Milton E. Burnett and sister, Edna Lucille Anderson.
He is survived by his wife of over 30 years, Connie Gail (Peace) Burnett of Corbin, Kentucky. His 3 children; Scarlet Peace of Corbin, Kentucky, Melissa Necessary (Brian) of Corbin, Kentucky, and Tyler Burnett of Corbin, Kentucky. 9 grandchildren; Nikki Glanton (Shelby Hubbs), Tiffany Elliott, Amber Glanton, Kayla Howard (Josh), Braiden Necessary, Maverick Burnett, Brian Necessary, Carsen Necessary, and Brice Necessary. 5 great-grandchildren; Joseph Elliott, Kailey Elliott, Christian Elliott, Sophia Dobb, and Wyatt Hart.
He was a member of Hugh Harris Masonic Lodge 938 F&AM
Visitation will be at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 16, at Croley Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, March 16, at the Croley Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Logan officiating.
He will be laid to rest at the Burnett Family Cemetery.
