Jerry Wayne Brooks

Jerry Wayne Brooks, age 64, of Williamsburg, Kentucky departed this life on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at Baptist Health in Corbin.
He was born on September 25, 1957 to the late Willard Edward Brooks and the late Martha Adell (Davis) Brooks.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Don Wesley Brooks, Michael Shane Brooks, and Ernest Edwards Brooks; nephew, Billy Wayne Canada; and great-nephew, Cody Austin West Petrey.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Eva Lynn (Smith) of Williamsburg, Kentucky; six children, Jason Brooks (Christy) of Loveland, Ohio, Mike Blakley of Loveland, Ohio, Margaret Sulfridge (Harrison) of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Kimberly Lawson (Thomas) of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Lori Brimm of Williamsburg, Kentucky, and Makayla Brooks of Loveland, Ohio; thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; six sisters, Kathy West (Rev. Bryan), Mary Lee West (Denny), Dottie Canada (William), Ella Mae Cornelius (Dusty), Martha King, and Bonnie Petrey all of Williamsburg, Kentucky; his brother, Eric Brooks (Michelle) of Williamsburg, Kentucky; special brothers, Charlie Hughes and Bill Perkins both of Williamsburg, Kentucky; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on Friday, September 2, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 3, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bryan West officiating.
He will be laid to rest in the Concord Church Cemetery.
