Internet sensation, Dalton Dailey, receives invitations to appear on TV
Dalton Dailey, of Berea, formerly of Rockholds, got his start to fame by posting videos on Facebook and gathering thumbs up, likes and loves from friends and family. His stardom has skyrocketed from there.
The energetic 7-year-old second grader’s life changed August 11 when his mother, Emily Dailey, videotaped him doing demolition work, hammering tile surrounding his bathtub (during the family’s remodel) while dancing and lip synching to Justin Timberlake’s hit single “SexyBack”.
Emily uploaded the now famous video to Facebook and described it as “Just a normal Friday night at the Dailey House”.
Almost overnight, Dalton became an Internet sensation. His viral video has obtained 28.9 million views as of this past Sunday.
After seeing the joy that Dalton’s videos were bringing to so many people, his grandfather, Berlin Goins, of Rockholds, suggested Emily make Dalton his own personal blog, which is rightfully called the “Adventures of Double D” which already has 18.1 million views.
Because of his Internet popularity, on October, 18th, Dalton was featured and interviewed by talk show host and country singer, Kellie Pickler and co-host journalist Ben Aaron on the Pickler and Ben Talk Show in Nashville, TN.

Dressed in Elvis attire, Dalton comfortably sat and answered their questions, and then performed his favorite dance move, called the Floss.
Dalton told Pickler and the crowd that he would like to be a professional dancer, be in the Army, and be a police officer.
Quietly observing from the audience, Dalton’s father, Adam Dailey, explained that Dalton has actually went international and has received an offer to do a TV show in Tokyo, Japan in the near future, which Dalton is very excited about.
Dalton also recently appeared on the Warner Brothers Studio set of the Ellen Degeneres Show, where he met and danced with popular freestyle Hip Hop dancer, entertainer, DJ and actor, Stephen tWitch Boss.
