Hoyt A. Caddell Sr.,  73, of Williamsburg, , passed away Friday March 4, 2016, at the Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center in Williamsburg.

Funeral services were held Monday March 7,  at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel.
