Herschel Roaden

Herschel Roaden, age 94, of Corbin, KY, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023 at Saint Joseph Hospital in London, KY.
He was born on January 7, 1929 to the late Leonard Roaden and the late Stella Wyatt Roaden.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers, Heskel Roaden and Herman Roaden.
Herschel was a member of Frankfort Missionary Baptist Church, as well as the Corbin Kiwanis Club. He was a retired Whirlpool Appliance repairman.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline Liford Roaden of Corbin, KY; two sons, Mark Roaden and Herschel Ray Roaden (Janet) both of Corbin, KY; one daughter, Rachel Brock (Barry) of Richfield, MI; five grandchildren, Heather, Amanda, Travis, Andrew, and Adriana; three great-grandchildren, Harper, Riley, and Kacey; one sister, Cordelia Gregory of London, KY; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, May 11, at Pine Hill Cemetery with Rev. James Hodge officiating.
