Herman Dewey Lee

Herman Dewey Lee, 80 of Siler, passed away Thursday March 22, 2018 at his home.

He was born April 25, 1937 in Whitley County, to the late George Troy and Mattie Easter Lawson Lee. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Regina Fay Lee; sister; Georgia Lee; five brothers, Fred Lee, Benny Arnold Lee, Walter Lee, H.J. Lee and L.N. Lee.

He is survived by his wife Carley Jo Lee of Siler; daughter, Peggy Sue Ruetz (Mark) of Swanton, OH; two sons; Dewey Scott Lee (Mary) of Lexington, Jason Dean Lee of Swanton, OH, five grandchildren; Aaryn Currier (Chad), Terry Thomas, Karley Smith (Jake), Tracy Osborne (Daniel), Amanda Lee (Greg); two great grandchildren; Hannah and Noah; five brothers; Charlie Lee (Barbara) of Hebron, OH, Carl Lee (Doris) of Williamsburg; Rondal Lee of Toledo, OH, Homer Lee of Maryville, TN, George Lee Jr. of Corbin; several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral service was held Monday March 26, at Beech Bottom Baptist Church with Rev. Murphy Buell and Rev. Waylon Hunter officiating.

Interment will be in Goins Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Mark Ruetz, Jake Smith, Johnny Lawson, Murphy Buell Jr., James Lawson and Terry Thomas.
