Helen Stanaford Dykes, 78, of Duff, TN passed away Monday, April 04, 2016 at the Jellico Community Hospital.

The family will receive friends for visitation: 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, April 7.

Funeral will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 7,  at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will be at 12 (noon) Friday, April 8,  in the Newcomb Cemetery.
