Gerald Lynn Kimberlin
Mr. Gerald Lynn Kimberlin, 80, of Duff, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2020, from cancer. He was born November 22, 1939 in Eagan, Tennessee and grew up in Chillicothe, Ohio. Gerald retired from the Mead Paper Mill in Chillicothe, Ohio. He was an Army veteran.
Gerald was preceded in death by his father, Frank Kimberlin; mother, Frances Hamlin Kimberlin Cupp; step-father, Rev. Grady Cupp; brothers, Norman Kimberlin and George Kimberlin; sister, Katherine Kimberlin; nephew, Nick Kimberlin; nieces, Susie Skaggs, Teresa Mendenhall, and Tonya Kimberlin; sister-in-law, Patty Kimberlin; great-nephews, Todd Mendenhall and DJ Williams.
He is survived by his sons, Jerry Powell of Maumee, Ohio, Richard Kimberlin and Dennis Kimberlin, both of Tennessee; grandsons, Chris Kimberlin, Tony (Ainda) Kimberlin Codey Kimberlin, all of Ohio, Gerald Powell of Michigan, and Monty Kimberlin of Lafollette, Tennessee; granddaughter, Lyssa Kimberlin of Knoxville, Tennessee; four great-great-granddaughters; two great-great-grandsons; brother, Willard Dwight (Pam) Kimberlin of Cold Water, MI; sisters, Brenda Kwitkowski of Wisconsin, Karen (Earl) Evans of Duff, TN, Gale (Lonnie) Davis of Williamsburg, KY, and Niobie (Mike) Marlowe of Nashville, TN; sister-in-law, Peggy Kimberlin of Chillicothe, Ohio; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to mourn his passing.
Private graveside service was held Monday, March 30, in the Woodlawn Cemetery (Lafollette, Tennessee).
