Federal grand jury accuses Whitley duo of conspiring to make methamphetamine
A Whitley County duo have been accused by a federal grand jury of making and conspiring to make methamphetamine and could face over 30 years of imprisonment and millions of dollars in fines if convicted.
Last Wednesday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael D. Pratt asked Magistrate Judge Hanly A. Ingram to issue an arrest warrant for Ronald Dugger and Kaci Brown, of Woodbine. The two were indicted by a grand jury last week on charges of conspiracy to make meth, for possessing a chemical ingredient to make methamphetamine, and for possessing equipment to manufacture meth. Additionally, Dugger faces a charge of possessing the drug.
According to the indictment, from some time in Dec. 2009 through Jan. 12, 2010, the two "knowingly" and "intentionally" attempted to manufacture five or more grams of meth.
As of press time, neither Dugger nor Brown has been arrested by authorities.

Come on people we all know a meth head when we see one, we all know the LOOK, why don’t they just follow them home and find the stuff and get rid of it instead of letting it go for so long then acting surprised when they do find it. There’s at least 2 meth labs in every neighborhood in Corbin. I bet 1 out of 2 people know where one is.
too bad tha aren’t friends with Dominguez then the would just get a little slap on then hand and set free. don’t we hav some good judges in this country.
