Faye Loudin Hurst

Faye Loudin Hurst, age 82 of Newcomb, Tennessee passed away Thursday, December 9, 2021 at the U.T. Medical Center.
She was born April 3, 1939 in Newcomb.
Fay is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Nannie Thomas Loudin; brothers, Elbert “E.S.” Louden and Ray Loudin; sisters, Louise “Banner” Coffey, Gusta Mae Davis and Francine Silcox.
She is survived by her son, David Hurst and wife Marsha; daughters, Gail Smiddy and husband Ned, and Myra Fredericks; grandchildren, Christopher Fredericks, Rachael Allen and Austin, Quinton Powers, Zachery Powers and, Sydney Adams and Dylan; great-grandchildren, Sophia, Max and Ivy; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.
Funeral service was Sunday, December 12, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. H. Lee Ray officiating.
Burial was Monday, December 13, in the Douglas Cemetery (Wooldridge Community).
