Rather than stand trial Tuesday morning for allegedly trafficking in drugs, a former Whitley District Judge instead entered a plea deal that could result in his record being expunged in two years.

The News Journal has also unveiled new details about what initially prompted the criminal investigation into Jason Price this past March.
