Enjoying a Copperhead Trail Ride

More than two dozen motorcycles and other sport vehicles congregated Saturday morning at the Kentucky Splash Waterpark for the annual Copperhead Trail Ride. The trail consists of a 60-mile route through portions of scenic Whitley and McCreary County. The ride is hosted by Backroads of Appalachia, a non-profit tourism collective that specializes in creating scenic trails throughout the state.
