EKU Corbin hosts third annual Healthy You! health fair

EKU Corbin Regional campus hosted their 3rd annual Healthy You! health fair on Wednesday, April 15 from 11 am. – 3 pm. for faculty, staff and students.   Healthy You! is the EKU Wellness Program and is designed to support in developing healthy habits for a lifetime.  It includes exciting activities such as healthy challenges, online seminars, a comprehensive web site, exercise and diet tracking tools, and much more!  Twenty-four vendors represented local and out-of-town businesses and organizations – eleven more than last year.  Some new additions for this year were Elysian Wellness and Elysian Med Spa, Southeast Kentucky Audiology, Salon 23, Corbin Center for Technology, Cumberland Valley Chiropractic, and The Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center, just to name a few.  Also, thanks to all businesses that made donations to the health fair including both Corbin Kroger, Corbin Wal-Mart, Subway (Cumberland Falls Hwy.) Elysian Med Spa, Elysian Wellness, Laurel Landscaping, Salon 23, Kelly Burton – massage, Wal-Mart Vision Center and Cracker Barrel.  If any health care/wellness business would like more information, please contact Brenda Gray at 528.0551 X6767.
