Eight arrested in ‘Operation Pain Killer’ drug roundup Tuesday

Nine police officers took to the streets Tuesday morning as part of "Operation Pain Killer" in an attempt to arrest 15 people suspected of drug trafficking.

Right here in Whitley County, we have the best sheriff in the state. Whitley County is so fortunate to have a sheriff with all of his experience.
Thank you again, Sheriff Colan for doing your job but also doing your job with great character and class.
We need to also do our job! If you see cars coming and going up and down your street all hours of the night or day its a illicit enterprise.
Call the Sheriff and let him know what’s going on (I did) and something was done. WE NEED TO ALSO CALL THE JUDGES OFFICE AND SEND A STRONG MESSAGE THAT WE DO NOT WANT THESE DRUG DEALERS BACK ON OUR STREETS. Thanks again, Terry
