Earnest Vanover

Earnest Vanover, 81, of Highway 1481, Williamsburg, departed this life on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at his home.

He was born on December 30, 1935 to the late Charlie and Lucy Vanover.

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Verna June (Sulfridge) Vanover.  He was a member of the U.A.W.

He is survived by his daughter, Judy Ann Logan of Williamsburg; grandchildren, Louise Lynn Steele, Michael Kevin Logan and Shaketia Larkin; great-grandchildren, Sophia Margaret Logan and Daniel lee Steele; brother, Leonard Vanover of Florida; sister, Dale Melton of Tennessee; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Wednesday, June 21, at Croley Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 21, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Darrin Lee officiating.

Following the service he will be laid to rest the Piney Grove Cemetery.
