Earl Rhodes

Earl Rhodes, age 71, of Siler, Kentucky, departed this life on Monday, September 20, 2021 at Baptist Health in Corbin, Kentucky. Earl was born on March 6, 1950 in Siler, Kentucky to the late Hurbert and Louise (Peace) Rhodes. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis (Bennett) Rhodes; son, Chris Rhodes; two brothers, Kenneth Rhodes and J.E. Rhodes and sister-in-law, Geneva Rhodes.
He is survived by two children, Teddy Rhodes and wife Lisa and Tyler Rhodes, all of Williamsburg; five grandchildren, Colby Rhodes, Dylan Rhodes, Kaitlyn Rhodes, Tyrone Gilly and Brittany Drapier; brother, R.C. Rhodes of Siler; two sisters, Brenda Rhodes and Sue Buttery (Lloyd), all of Barbourville; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be after 6:00 P.M. Thursday, September 23, at Croley Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, September 24, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Rose officiating. Following the service he will be laid to rest in the Rhodes Cemetery on Highway 92 East in Siler, Kentucky.
