Dulcilio Feliciano

Dulcilio “Jessie” Feliciano, age 92, of Park Hill Road, Corbin, KY passed away on Thursday, November 18th, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Smerilda Feliciano.
Graveside service and burial for Mr. Feliciano will be conducted on Tuesday, November 23 at 3:30 p.m. at the Corinth Cemetery in Corbin, KY with Rev. James Paul officiating.
