Donna Lynn Bowling Weaver

Donna Lynn Bowling Weaver, 53, of the Pleasant View Community, Williams-burg, departed this life on Monday, July 3, 2017 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.

She was born on March 15, 1964 in Plattsburg, NY.

Donna graduated from Whitley County High School in 1982 and attended the University of the Cumberlands.

She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church, loved to play Bunco with her friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Woodrow Bowling; her daughter, Jessica Cox Corn; her grandmother, Euna Leach and father-in-law, Melvin Weaver.

She is survived by her husband, Daryle Weaver of Williamsburg; mother, Lorene Bowling of Pleasant View; sister, Rhonda Bowling of Pleasant View; granddaughter, Celestia Cox of Daleville, AL; mother-in-law, Jane Weaver of Jellico, TN; special aunt, Lucille Smith of Pleasant View; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.

The funeral service was held Friday, July 7, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Floyd, Seth Stoffle and Randall Partin officiating.

She was laid to rest in the Moses Addition of Pleasant View Cemetery.

Charlie Smith, Ken Smith, Gary Dugger Jr., Kenny Joe Smith, Jordan Kellogg and Roger Buhl served as pallbearers.
