David T. Evans

David T. Evans, 48, of Maple Creek Road Williamsburg, Kentucky departed this life on January 6, 2022, at the Baptist Health Center in Corbin, Kentucky. He was born on May 9, 1973, in Jellico, Tennessee to the late Jesse Davis and Alice (Evans) McKiddy. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Leasia Evans.
He is survived by three children, Shayla Bollman and husband Jayde of Howell, New Jersey, David Alex Evans of Williamsburg and Emily Evans of Williamsburg; honorary children, Isabella Medina and Olivia Hamilton; two loving grandchildren, Lily Bollman and Lucy Bollman; three brothers, Rick Davis and wife Katrina of Williamsburg, Kevin Evans of Williamsburg and Scott McKiddy and wife Jessica of Williamsburg; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
The funeral service was held on Sunday, January 9, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roy Sutton, Bill Hamblin and Rev. Jayde Bollman, officiating.
A private family burial followed in Croley Addition Cemetery Highland Park in Williamsburg.
