Loretha "Rita" Hubbs Whitlock, 91, formerly of Williamsburg, passed away Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012 in Loveland, Ohio.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29 at Youngs Creek Cemetery.
