Evelyn White Ball, 46, of Jellico, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 3 at Jellico Community Hospital.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, Oct. 6.

Shirley Lou Hutchinson, 73, of Corbin, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 14 at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.

Payton Creech
Payton Creech, 79, of San Antonia, Texas, passed away Oct. 5, 2010.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, Oct. 16 at 11 a.m. at Resthaven Cemetery.

I feel that the school superintendent should be voted in by votes by the people and not by the board members. I have always felt that this is wrong, because us as school tax payers on every bill we get should have a say in this matter. If this is the way our Attorney General feels then in my opinion he needs to be voted out as well. Come on AMERICANS we have to take care of ourselves because we can already see that the people in office isn’t looking after us, the tax payers and the voters. VOTE THEM ALL OUT AND START ANEW
