Robert E. "Bob" Loper, 85, of Tampa, Fla., formerly of Corbin, passed away Monday, March 22, 2010 in Tampa.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, March 29 at O’Neil Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. at Pine Hill Cemetery.
