Crutchfield – Watkins recently wed
Morgan Elizabeth Crutchfield and Caleb Lee Watkins were united in marriage on Saturday, May 15, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the Lancaster Baptist Church in Lancaster, KY.
Music was provided by soloist, and friend of the bride, Morgan Hughes. Elder Stephen Brogli officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Greg (Heidi) Crutchfield of Lancaster, KY. She is the granddaughter of Willena Crutchfield and the late James Crutchfield of Lancaster, KY and Lonnal and Elizabeth Adkins of Nicholasville, KY.
Morgan graduated from Eastern Kentucky University earning a Bachelor Degree in Technical Writing.
During her tenure Morgan served as president of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She is currently employed at Kentucky Employer’s Mutual Insurance (KEMI) in Lexington, Kentucky as a Communications Technician.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie (Jennie) Watkins of Corbin, KY. Caleb is the grandson of William Locke Shore and the late Glenna Leah Shore of Huntington, WV and the late Edwin Rowland Watkins and the late Renia Holt Watkins of Corbin, KY.
Caleb graduated Magna Cum Laude from Eastern Kentucky University earning a Bachelor Degree in Secondary English Education. He played running back for the EKU Colonel Football team during his tenure there. He is currently employed at George Rogers Clark High School in Winchester, Kentucky as an English teacher and assistant football coach.
Matron of honor was Melanie Brogle, Maid of honor was Chelsea Alexander, and bridesmaids were Madison Crutchfield, sister of the bride, Tara Jo Crawford, Amanda Hubler and Karly Senters, longtime friends of the bride.
Best Man was Guy Lewallen, and groomsmen were Blake Buckman, Michael Hammons, Caleb Hodgson, Jack Neal and Dillon Reed, longtime friends of the groom.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at The Showroom in Danville, KY.
After a honeymoon cruise to Cozumel, Mexico, Jamaica, and Grand Cayman, Morgan and Caleb now reside in Richmond, KY.
