Corbin Arena adds two new concerts to schedule
Whether you like heavy metal or contemporary Christian music, The Corbin Arena has you covered with a couple of new concert announcements.
On Tuesday afternoon, The Corbin Arena announced that 2022 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Judas Priest would be bringing its “50 Heavy Metal Years” show to Corbin on Nov. 15 with special guest Queensryche.
Judas Priest is a British heavy meatal band, which formed in Birmingham in 1969. The group has sold more than 50 million albums, according to Wikipedia.
The group has had hits, such as “Breaking the Law,” “Living After Midnight,” and “You’ve Got Another Thing Comin.’”
The Corbin Arena announced last week that Zach Williams is coming to Corbin on Dec. 13 with his Christmas 2022 tour “I Don’t Want Christmas to End,” with special guest Ben Fuller.
Williams’ 2017 solo debut album “Chain Breaker” received two Grammy Award® nominations.
“Zach’s music pulls from the hard luck truths of outlaw country, the dirt-road grit of southern rock, the contemporary roots music of alt-country artists, and a firm grounding in classic and contemporary Christian artists that stretches back to his dad’s old Petra records. His songs enlighten and uplift, revealing powerful transformative moments and stirring affirmations to stay on God’s path,” according to zachwilliamsmusic.com, which is his official website.
Tickets for both Judas Priest and will go on sale Friday, June 24, at The Corbin Arena Box Office or at ticketmaster.com starting at 10 a.m. There is a “pre-sale” on Thursday, June 23, starting at 10 a.m. The password for the pre-sale is “PRIEST”.
