Corbin 68, Whitley Co. 51

 The Corbin Redhounds upped their record to 2-1 in district play with a 68-51 win over the homestanding Whitley County Colonels Friday night. Zach Farley tossed 20 points while Travis Smith and Robbie Igo added 14 points each to lead Corbin to the district win.

The Redhounds (9-6) will travel to North Laurel Tuesday night while Whitley County (2-16) will host the Estill County Engineers. See Wednesday’s News Journal for more details of the game.
