Chinn-Prewitt to wed

Rita Chinn and Barry Stopher, of Williamsburg, along with Brian Chinn and Tammy Vosburg, of Lexington, Ky., are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kristin Nichole Chinn, to Timothy Ryan Prewitt.

Kristin is the granddaughter of Odell and Lois Grubb of Barbourville and Patsy Chinn and Eddie Chinn of Williamsburg. She is a graduate of Williamsburg High School and will soon graduate from University of the Cumberlands with a degree in secondary education. She is currently employed at Belk Simpson in Corbin at the Clinique Counter.

Tim is the son of Phillip and Janice Prewitt of Williamsburg. He is the grandson of Herman and Cassie Prewitt of Williamsburg and Edna Fox of Corbin and the late Junis Fox. Tim is a graduate of Whitley County High School and is currently employed by CSX Railroad as a pipefitter.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, May 30, 2009 at 4:30 p.m. at Briar Creek Church in Williamsburg. A reception will follow at the Cumberland Inn.
