An attempted first-degree arson and attempted first-degree wanton endangerment charge have both been dismissed against a Williamsburg woman, who was accused of trying to set fire to a home with two people inside earlier this month.
The charges were dismissed during a May 24 district court hearing after the complaining witness said he didn’t want to press charges against Patricia Ann Mullis, according to the Whitley District Court Clerk’s Office.
