Carol Lowe, 65, of Williamsburg, departed this life to be with the Lord at her home on Sunday March 13, 2016 after fighting a two and a half year battle with brain cancer.
Memorial services were held Sunday March 20, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Bingham and Rev. Keith Bays officiating.
