Bracket Busters
The first-round of the NCAA Sweet 16 is in and so are the leaders of the News-Journal Bracket Busters Contest. Don Estep, who picked three of the four winners moved into first place after Josh Crawford correctly picked just one winner in the games last night which happened to be LSU over Duke. But, his picks West Virginia, Kansas and Gonzaga fell to make it through.
Jimmy Hendrickson remained in a tie for second place as he picked up only six points for wins by Texas and UCLA. He was tied for second when Sports Editor Jim McAlister and Terri Smallwood correctly picked three of the four. They both picked Texas, Memphis and UCLA.
