Billy Rowe

Billy Rowe, 86, of Williamsburg, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington.

He was born September 18, 1931 in Jellico, TN to the late Luther and Matilda Rose Rowe.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a grandson Thomas Rowe Jr., a daughter Teresa Ward, five brothers and three sisters.

He is survived by his spouse, Kathy Kimberlin of Williamsburg; six daughters; Elsie Mills of Williamsburg, Peggy Rouse (David) of Williamsburg, Bonnie Partin of Birmingham, AL, Sheila McBryde (Robert) of Williamsburg, Brenda Rowe of Williamsburg, Becky Rountree of Dalton, GA, two sons; Tom Rowe of Williamsburg, Jerry Rowe (Judy) of Pine Knot; 25 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren, two sisters; Jeweline McCullah (R.L.) of Williamsburg, Helen Waddle of California, three brothers; David Rowe (Carolyn), Paul Rowe (Deloris) and Roy Rowe (Mary Jo) all of Williamsburg, several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

The funeral service was held Saturday, June 23, at Mt. Ash Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Carpenter and Rev. Rob Powers officiating.

Interment was in the Fox Cemetery at Newcomb, TN.
