Bill Elliotte ready to hit the ground running as next sheriff

Retired Kentucky State Police Lt. and current Corbin School Resource Officer Bill Elliotte has been elected as Whitley County’s next sheriff beating out his closest challenger by a nearly 500-vote margin.
