If you want a relatively cheap lunch Wednesday and want to help out a good cause at the same time, then stop by Bill Woods Park, which is located off Cumberland Avenue.
Starting at 11 a.m., the Williamsburg Police Department and the Whitley County Coroner’s Office will be hosting a benefit lunch for the Shop with a Cop program.
The lunch will consist of barbecue pork, baked beans, chips and a drink for a cost of $5 per plate.
All proceeds will go to the Shop with a Cop program, and donations will be accepted.
In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved to Williamsburg City Hall inside the council chambers.
