Barton-Scott announce engagement

Robert and Carmeta Barton of Corbin announce the engagement of their daughter, Kalae’ Carcille Barton, to Ryan Mark Scott, son of Mark and Tracey Scott of London.
Kalae’ is a student at Eastern Kentucky University majoring in Communication Disorders and minoring in American Sign Language. Ryan is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute and is employed as a diesel locomotive electrician.
A July wedding is planned.
