Audra Lawson

Audra Lawson, 88, of Dal Road Williamsburg,  passed away Monday December 12, 2016 at Hillcrest Health and Rehabilitation Center in Corbin.

She was born March 5, 1928 in Whitley County, to the late Alfred Morton and the late Ruth Rains Morton.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Gary Lawson, a granddaughter, Emily Lawson, a brother, Carl Morton, a sister, Orene Prewitt and a nephew, Ronald Taylor.

She is survived by her husband Perry Lawson of Williamsburg; daughter Greta Rains (Larry) of Corbin; two sons, Alvin Lawson (Jennifer) of Goodwater, AL, Kevin Lawson of Williamsburg; five grandchildren, Stephanie Fox, Neal Lawson, Cole Lawson, Hannah Yeager, and Matthew Lawson; sister, Ethel Taylor of Clinton, TN, nephew Robert Taylor of Indiana, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Graveside services were held Thursday, December 15, at the Suttons Mill Cemetery.
