Anna Mae Farmer

Anna Mae Farmer, 67, of Padgett Street, Corbin, departed this life on Monday, April 30, 2018 at Baptist Health in Corbin.

She was born on January 24, 1951 in Jellico, TN to the late Jessie Lewis Byrd and Nellie (Marion) Byrd.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Troy Farmer; three brothers, Robert Byrd, Herman Byrd and LC Byrd; sister, Maggie Byrd; and grandson, Brandon Byrd.

She is survived by her daughters, Angela Rowe and husband Christopher of Corbin and Brandy Farmer of Texas; son, Jack Byrd and wife Rebecca of Knoxville, TN; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; seven sisters, Betty Veach of Williamsburg, Maxine Elliott of Jellico, TN, Janice Jaynes of Corbin, Nannie Veach of Williamsburg, Ennie Mahan of Williamsburg, Jessie Hansford of Williamsburg and Sally Miller of Knoxville, TN; three brothers, Joe Byrd of Williamsburg, Tony Byrd of Knoxville, TN and Tim Byrd of South Carolina; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour on Thursday, May 3, at Croley Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 3, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dale Byrd officiating.

She will be laid to rest following a graveside service at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Greenwood Cemetery in Knoxville, TN.
