A crazy day at the gas pumps!

I think high gas prices are a self-fulfilling prophecy sometimes.
It works like this.
News spreads that by the weekend, gas could be as much as $5 a gallon and their could be shortages. So, reacting to this, EVERYONE converges on the local gas stations and fills their two Tundra Thunder SUVS, the $8,000 zero-turn radius lawnmower, speed boat, weed eater, generator, and tops off a few 10 gallon cans just in case.
WELL NO WONDER GAS PRICES SOAR!
Everyone just made sure that the predictions come true. We’ve been out covering the insanity today and it is the wildest rush for fuel I’ve seen in my lifetime.
Can we do this for other commodities? I think bananas will be $10 a bunch by next week. Hurry, get ’em while they last!
