 LEGAL NOTICE:

Pursuant to KRS 231.050, notice is hereby given that Muddy Boy Records has filed an application with the Whitley County Clerk to operate a place of entertainment in Whitley County. The location of which is outside the corporate boundaries of the city of Corbin. The County Judge Executive of Whitley County has set a hearing on this application for the 2nd day of Oct, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Whitley County Fiscal Court Room.

Any persons desiring to oppose the permit shall have filed in writing allegations that shows cause why the application should not be grated.
