Notice is hereby given that First Corbin Realty, LLC, P.O. Box 1450 Corbin, KY 40702 has filed an application with the Energy and Environment Cabinet to place fill on property located at 1617 Cumberland Falls Highway, Corbin, Kentucky 40701. The property is located down-stream from the Douglas Avenue Bridge over Bacon Creek and will be graded to better match adjacent lots. Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers and broadcasters to carry their services and stations routinely expire from time to time.  We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, but in order to comply with applicable regulations, we must inform you when an agreement is about to expire.  The following agreements are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services or stations in the near future: Youtoo, Jewelry TV, Outdoor Channel (SD & HD), RFD, Pivot, Weather Channel (SD & HD), WPSD D2 Antenna TV, WFVS (SD & HD), WBIR (SD & HD), WFIE (SD & HD), WMC (SD & HD), WQWQ, WSIL (SD & HD), WTNZ (SD & HD)

In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following changes are planned:

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Public Service Commission of Kentucky issued an order on October 6, 2014, scheduling a hearing to be held on November 24, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, in Hearing Room 1 of the Commission’s offices located at 211 Sower Boulevard in Frankfort, Kentucky, for the purpose of cross-examining witnesses in Case No. 2014-00002, which is the Joint Application of Louisville Gas and Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company for a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity for the Construction of a Solar Photovoltaic Facility at the E. W. Brown Generating Station. On October 21, 2014, the Public Service Commission of Kentucky issued an Order scheduling another hearing to be held on November 24, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., in Hearing Room 1, contemporaneously with the hearing in Case No. 2014-00002, for the purpose of cross-examining witnesses in Case No. 2014-00133, which is the Joint Application of Louisville Gas and Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company for a Site Compatibility Certificate for the Construction of a Photovoltaic Facility at the E. W. Brown Generating Station.
