A graveside service was held Saturday, February 14, at the Rest Haven Cemetery in Corbin.

Shirley Ann Smith Thomas, 70, of Williamsburg, passed away Wednesday February 11, 2015 at Baptist Health Corbin in Corbin.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Sunday February 15, at the Ellison Funeral Home.
