William J. Young, 45, is facing charges of first-degree assault (domestic violence), second-degree assault, second-degree cruelty to animals, second-degree burglary, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and two counts of second-degree wanton endangerment in connection to the incidents.
