Christine Webb Ball
Christine Webb Ball, age 94, of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at Williamsburg Health & Rehab Center.
She was born August 13, 1928, in Jellico Creek, Kentucky.
Christine was a devoted Christian, serving God for over 70 years. Her commitment to Christ and love for salvation built a foundation for her family. The fingerprints of her holiness heritage have touched the lives of generations.
Christine is preceded in death by her husband and father of her children, Rev. Albert Webb; sons, Jerry Roger Webb, and Joseph David Webb; daughter-in-law, Suzette (Thomas) Webb; parents, Charlie and Martha (Reynolds) Dople; brothers, Amon, Millard, Carl and Earl Dople; and sister, Ruth Perry.
She is survived by husband, Hobert Ball; sons, Ronald Webb, Edward Webb and wife Joyce, and Gary Webb; daughters, Shirley Leach and husband Wendell, Wanda Roberts and husband Cecil, Phyllis King and husband Jonathan, Alene Baird and husband Robert, Carolyn Willis and husband Darrell, and Betty Ashton and husband Bruce; 20 grandchildren, Terry Leach and wife Heather, Sherrie Sutter, Crystal Warren and husband Clint, Pam Sulfridge and husband Vince, Mike Roberts and wife Amy, Nicholas Webb, Edward Webb, Jr., Sabrina Webb, Tim Webb, Jonathan Ross King and wife Heather, Maria Partin and husband Brandon, Jennifer Hatmaker and husband Mark, Ashley Webb, Heather Lovitt and husband Nathan, Joseph Ryan Webb and wife Kaitlyn, Jamie Murray and husband Jared, Gabe Webb and wife Cody, Eric Willis and wife Kara, Jason Murray and wife Brooke, Jacob Murray and wife Megan; 27 great-grandchildren, Lauren Leach, Trevor Leach, Brittany Sutter, Caleb Sutter, Gracie Warren, Brayden Warren, Travis Sulfridge and wife Ashley, Dustin Sulfridge and wife Hanna, Chandler Roberts and wife Amber, Lathan Roberts and wife Jacey, Kaliegh Roberts, Taylor Webb, Aiden Webb, Evan Webb, Olivia King, Logan Partin, Landon Partin, Luke Partin, Allison Hatmaker, Mason Rountree, Griffin Proffitt, Sailor Rose Croley, Harper Lovitt, Everly Lovitt, RaeLynn Murray, Kutler Murray, and Alaina Willis, seven great-great-grandchildren, Oaklynn Sutter, Lakin Sulfridge, McKinley Sulfridge, Chase Sulfridge, Kambree Sulfridge, Hudson Roberts and Ruthie Ann Roberts; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.
Funeral service was Sunday, January 1, 2023 at Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ben Morris and Rev. Mike Moses officiating.
Burial followed in the Jellico Creek Cemetery.
