Calvin Blankenship, 55, of Williamsburg, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Continue Care Hospital in Corbin.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to the hour of service at 1 p.m. at O’Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will be Thursday, July 9, at 1 p.m. in the O’Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel.
