Robert Perkins

Robert Perkins, age 85, of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Friday, September 30, 2022 at Baptist Health Corbin.
He was born January 22, 1937 in Whitley County, KY to the late Robert Pete and Viola Alsip Perkins. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Perkins; grandson, Roy Lee Perkins; four sisters, Ella, Nan, Lou, and Cleta; four brothers, Delmer, Charles, Clarence, and Lincoln.
He is survived by three sons, Roy Perkins of Williamsburg, KY, Tommy Perkins (Debbie) of Williamsburg, KY, and Daniel Perkins (Linda) of Williamsburg, KY; six grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; one sister, Della Meadors of Williamstown, KY; several nieces, and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 4, at Maple Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Meadors and Rev. Curtis Vanover officiating.
Interment will be in the Maple Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6:00 PM Monday, October 3, 2022 at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel.
